1.1 The 'Money Back Guarantee' and 'Cash Back' offer (available until 31th May 2013) applies to new Home WiMAX connections only.
1.2 The 'Cash Back' value is deducted from the standard installation price of $499. 1.3 Free upgrade to Home WiMAX is available: a) for existing NetSmart customers on all Home Airstreme plans (valid until 31 May 2013); b) for all Skynet Data Communications Ltd customers (valid until 31 Dec 2013) 1.4 All Home WiMAX prices are GST inclusive. 1.5 NetSmart reserves the right to change or withdraw any offers at any time and without prior notice. 1.6 Customers who choose to accept the 'Cash Back' offer agree to take the related plan/service for a minimum period of 12 months. The customer may not downgrade their plan to one of lesser value. The customer may upgrade their plan to one of greater value without any additional penalty in regards to the 'Cash Back' offer. 1.7 General terms and conditions and fair use policy apply. 1.8 Early termination fee of $199 applies if cancelled within the minimum service term. 30-day money back guarantee 2.1 NetSmart guarantees a refund to new Home WiMAX customers who sign up during the promotional period (11.03.2013 - 31.05.2013) and who cancel within 30 days. 2.2 The 30-day money back guarantee applies to a refund of the installation and the monthly fee but does not apply to the use of excess Internet traffic and any toll calls or calling add-ons used during the 30 day period which must be paid according to an invoice at the end of the 30 day period. 2.3 Any customer who has received a refund in the past, or who has been a customer in the past 90 days is not eligible for the money back guarantee. 2.4 After the 30-day period a minimum contract term of 12 months applies. 2.5 The 30-day trial period starts on the day of installation and expires 30 days thereafter. Site survey 3.1 A site survey is required prior to every new Home WiMAX installation and includes a technician's visit to customer premises in order to perform a detailed WiMAX signal strength test. The results of this test will determine service availability. 3.2. The site survey fee of $50 (including GST) is chargeable only in the following circumstances: 3.2.1 Not ordering or the cancellation of the installation by a customer after the positive outcome of the onsite signal test; 3.2.2 Postponement of the installation by a customer for more than 2 weeks from the date of a positive signal test result. |
1. This special offer starts on 25.03.2013 at 8:30am and ends on 30.05.2013 at 8:30am.
2. The offer is only available to NetSmart residential subscribers and friends who have not received a new installation before 25 March.
3. The draw will be held at NetSmart's office at 265 Cameron rd, Tauranga on Thursday 31st May and the winner will be notified as soon as possible in person.
4. The referrer is only credited 1 month's free Internet after the friend's NetSmart Internet connection has been installed.
5. The free month's Internet applies to the monthly plan fee but does not apply to the use of excess data or toll calls or calling add-ons used.
